Our Policies.

  • BOOKING & RENTAL DETAILS

    A 3-hour minimum rental is required for all bookings. Rental time includes the agreed-upon event duration. Setup and breakdown occur outside of this time window.

    A $300 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and will be applied toward your total balance.

    The remaining balance is due prior to the event.

    A $250 refundable security hold is required and will be released within 48 hours after your event, pending inspection.

    Each setup requires access to a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of the setup area.

    Please allow approximately 60–75 minutes for setup and 45–60 minutes for breakdown.

    Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space and access prior to delivery.

    A signed waiver is required prior to installation.

  • SERVICE AREAS & TRAVEL FEES

    We proudly serve Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs.

    Complimentary delivery, professional setup, and breakdown are included within 20 miles of our Kildeer service area.

    Extended travel is available upon request and may incur an additional fee.

  • RESCHEDULING POLICY

    We understand that plans can change.

    One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 10 days’ notice, subject to availability.

    Changes made within 10 days of the event may incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

    All retainers are non-refundable.

    Cancellations may be credited toward a future booking when possible.

  • GUEST RULES

    To preserve the quality and safety of our equipment, the following rules must be followed at all times:

    • Children must be barefoot or wearing clean grip socks (no shoes permitted)
    • No food, drinks, candy, gum, or staining items (including markers, glitter or face paint) near the rides
    • No rough play, climbing, or misuse of equipment
    • No pets or sharp objects near the setup
    • Children’s hands must be clean and dry before use

    Failure to follow these rules may result in the ride being paused or shut down for safety.

  • SUPERVISION & USE

    Rides are designed for children ages 1 to 6 years.

    A parent or responsible adult must supervise children at all times.

    A Little Luxe attendant may be present to oversee safe use; however, clients remain fully responsible for supervision.

    Adults and older children are not permitted on the equipment.

  • CLEANING & DAMAGE

    The client is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

    • Stains (food, drinks, paint, markers, etc.)
    • Misuse or rough play
    • Damage caused by prohibited items

    Cleaning or repair fees may be deducted from the security hold if necessary.

    Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • LIABILITY

    Little Luxe Rentals is fully insured.

    A signed waiver is required prior to setup.

    By booking, the client agrees to follow all safety guidelines and assumes full responsibility for supervision and proper use.
