BOOKING & POLICIES
3-hour base rental includes setup and teardown outside of booked time. Additional hours may be added at an hourly rate.
Deposit: A $300 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and is applied toward your total balance.
A $250 refundable security hold is also required and will be released within 48 hours after your event pending inspection.Power: Each ride requires access to a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet.
Setup: 60–75 minutes Teardown: 45–60 minutes
Liability: A signed waiver is required before setup.Please ensure your venue can accommodate the ride dimensions and access requirements (indoor, ground-floor, double-door access of at least 72” width).

We are located in Lincolnshire, IL. Complimentary delivery and setup are included within 25 miles.
25–45 miles (Chicago, Naperville, Elgin): +$150
Milwaukee Metro: +$250
NW Indiana (Crown Point, Munster): +$300
Custom quotes are available for further travel. Indoor, ground-level venues only. No outdoor, stair, or elevator setups permitted.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand that plans can change! One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 10 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Reschedules made within 10 days of your event may incur a $100 change fee.
Because each date is reserved exclusively for your event, cancellations are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future booking when possible. -
GUEST RULES
To preserve the condition and safety of our luxury rides:
No food, drinks, candy, gum, confetti, markers, or liquids near rides.
Shoes must be removed before entry; grip socks are strongly recommended.
Clean hands only.
Adult supervision is required at all times.

CLEANING & DAMAGE FEES.
A refundable $250 security hold is required. This will be released within 48 hours of your event pending inspection.
Cleaning or repair fees may be deducted for excessive dirt, stains, or damage.
